Two Horses Stolen from Northampton August 2006 1. Mare. 15H heavy coloured cob (black and white). 9 Yrs old. Due to foal in five weeks. Full and heavy feather from the knees down. Wide White face and muzzle, black up both sides of the head, white mane (full), black chest. white neck and shoulders both sides. white bum both sides, on right rear a large black mark extending from the top of the hind quarter half way along its back and down to its belly then a smaller mark on its belly running quarter way up towards the back and short way towards front legs. On the left a black mark extending from the front of the rear quarter, quarter way along its back and circling from the top to its belly. All 4 legs white. Black full tail. 2. Mare 14h coloured cob (Black and White). 4 yrs old. Black head with a white blaze extending from forehead to and including the muzzle. Black mark just below left nostril. Full white mane, Black chest Right side all white with the exception of a lareg black mark covering half of hind quarter and extending quarter way alond belly (this mark does not fully extend onto its back. Left side large black mark on rear hind quarter not quite onto back extending along the lower part of belly to and including the rear of fron leg. All legs white with the exception of the rear top of the front right. Full white feathering, Full black tail. This mare had three shoes on when stolen.. |

Tip-Off Received - Stolen
Horse might have been sold at the Wooton horse fair to somebody in the
Braintree area. We would be very grateful if you can alert your Horsewatch
people and anyone else relevant, to keep a look out for him. He is a 14 hh gelding, rising 4, unbroken (although he was being offered for sale at Wooton as broken to ride and drive). He is microchipped, but not freeze marked. Unshod. Very friendly. He was being offered for sale for £2,200, and was apparently bought by a man for his daughter. Minature
Shetland Filly Foals
On the 24th May two minature Shetland filly foals were stolen fron Wroughton, Swindon. Wiltshire. One is a chestnut filly with a white star, born 13.04.06 The other is a skewbald filly with very distinctive white marks on the left side of her face, born on 16.04.06.
Please look for these two and bear in mind they are only 18/20 inches high
so could be in a garden shed or any small place. Also keep a lookout
for Shetland ponies in a field with foals. £500.00 reward offered for
their return, which the owner will double if the thief is caught and
prosecuted. Pictures attached for those who can open them. The piebald
mare in the third photo was stolen with her 7 day old foal on 23.05.04.

Hazel This pony was put out on loan in June 2004 with a signed loan agreement. The owner delivered the pony and checked the yard. She has popped in for visits and found everything in order. The last time she called both the lady and pony were gone from the yard. She has made contact with the person who has told the owner that the pony broke its leg a few weeks ago and had to be shot. The owner doesn't believe this. As it has been crimed by Bromley police and the lady concerned is a friend of the guy involved in a previous loan scam we have been asked to circulate the information.
